where to find the web radio audience?

My bud runs a web radio station.
Daily at 1pm Pacific, he streams a show from his archive.
He calls the set "Live Music Lunches."
Plays a lot of Phish, Dead, Dave Matthews, and others.

Anyone have any ideas where to post this information that it might reach people who would want to listen to streaming radio of this genre?

Who is happy to check books out of the library?
To ride a bicycle?
To listen to streaming radio on the internet, on an inhereted computer?

When did value and value get confused?
